2. The Product is being commercialised on this web site by Tour-Tech Distribution S.L. (“Tour-Tech” from here onwards). Tour-Tech is a distributor of prepaid SIM cards to international travellers since 2014 and is commercialising products of major networks such as Orange, Vodafone and DTAC.

3. Return policy
Purchase of an eSIM can be cancelled up to one day before activation date. In such case, reimbursement can be solicited via our Contact Us page and a service fee of 3€ will be deducted from the full amount. reimbursement will be made within 5 business days.
Once the eSIM is activated in the T-Mobile US network, refund will not be available.
4. GDPR compliance and privacy policy
Tour-Tech is fully compliant with GDPR provisions and is being periodically audited by a certified professional.
Tour-Tech does not collect personal information on this web site besides the email address of the customer, used for the needed commercial communication. Customer email addresses are not passed under any circumstances to third parties.
Tour-Tech collects the IMEI and the EID of customer’s mobile phone. The EID is passed only to T-Mobile US for activation in its network.
Payments for the products are performed via the below gateways. For more information please refer to their privacy policies in the below links. In any case, Tour-Tech is not exposed to customer credit card, debit card and bank account numbers.
